No End in Sight For High School Musical

High School Musical Movie is no flash in the dark, teeny bopper, here to day and gone tomorrow fad. The surprises of High School Musical has even the critics talking about how great it is. It is being praised for it’s music and choreography. Parents liken it to their generation’s Grease movie. It is in fact one of the all time best selling movies and soundtracks to be released under the Disney banner. The franchise has produced not one, but three movies. Other spin offs include plays, tours, and books.

The original High School Musical Movie was released in Jan. 2006. It immediately caught on in popularity and tweens everywhere showed their loyalty by buying up franchise products such as lunch boxes, jewelry, albums, video games, and clothing. The plot was quite simple: boy (Troy) is a big basketball hero but he secretly yearns to be in the school’s performing arts group. Soaring High With High School Musical

Your life would probably mean nothing if you were not in contact with your televisions lately. Disney’s have been creating the wonderful TV movie High School Musical that really catches the attention of the world’s teens. Well for those that do not really have time viewing their televisions here is your chance.

To catch you up, it all started with a soundtrack that started low on Billboard charts of late January at No. 143 but in February, it jumped into the top 10 and almost ended up to No. 1 3 weeks ago. The soundtrack reached astounding platinum in music recording.

The casts principally composed of unheard actors and actresses. Numerous live journals were created and decorated an undying fondness to Zac Efron who plays Troy, the basketball star with an adorable voice who, along with Gabriella, a nerd who can reach high-pitched notes and who looks for someone who will love her. High School Musical 2 - Endearing Musical from Disney Channel

Disney channel has released their new movie High School Musical 2. This movie targets not only the teenagers but also appeals to the adults. It showcases the age-old values and their significance in everyone’s life.

Disney is famous for producing movies that are suitable for children. Parents are carefree and do not have to worry about their children watching anything on the channel that would prove harmful; including graphic language, racy dialogue, violence, etc. High S. Musical 2 definitely falls in this category. High School Musical 2 is the sequel to the High School Musical and was released on August 17, 2007on the US Disney channel.

The movie has been written by Peter Barsocchini and directed by Kenny Ortega. It has a simple plot but still manages to hold the viewers attention. Stressing the importance of friendship, the movie covers the journey of the protagonists and how they win a talent contest organized by the local country club without compromising their values. High School Musical Party Games

Planning a kids birthday party can be a stressful time for any mother. What them to have, who to invite, what food to buy and what entertainment to have. Also when you have a theme for a party everything in the party has to fit in with that theme, the guests, the food, the room and even the games. It is finding games that fit in with a party theme I find the most difficult as you want to be original but also to stay within your theme and make sure all the guests have a good time! A High School Musical party is one of my favourite parties and here are some of the High School Musical party games that I came up with when hosting a kids party earlier this year.

Karaoke - Use a High School Musical Karaoke CD and get one parent to act as Mrs Darbus while the guests take it in turns, on their own or in groups, to audition for a part of Gabriella, Troy, Ryan and Sharpay by singing a song from the film. High School Musical Birthday Party Ideas

One of the most popular, if not the most popular, shows among kids is High School Musical. This show now has two movies, with a third on the way, and has become an unbelievable phenomenon that has made stars out of the actors in the show, and turned millions of kids onto music.

Obviously, when something becomes this popular, it is only a matter of time before your kids start asking for a High School Musical-themed birthday party. So what ideas are good for this type of birthday party? Below are just a few examples.

Send The Invites

You can go two routes in terms of invitations. You can use invitations that come with the High School Musical party supplies, or you can go a step further just by using your computer. Print off tickets for the kids so they can take the tickets with them and get entry into the party at your house. Make it look like they are tickets to a special High School Musical show, starring your child. If a child forgets to bring their invite, no worries, let them in. Everyone is a a Star at a High School Musical Dance Party! With the 3rd installment of the HSM series coming late in summer 2008 this event is sure to be a huge hit! Invitations: Purchase the matching theme invitations or make your own tickets or backstage passes by visiting says-it.com and choosing the template for “concert tickets.” Its totally free and super easy! Fill out what you want the ticket or pass to say, download, save and then print out as many copies as you need. Simple! I created a pretend invite on the right hand side so you can see what they look like.

There are several shapes, colours and designs to choose from. Use phrases like “Backstage Access”,”VIP Only” and “Admit One.” The tickets would look great on card stock and the passes would look great on regular paper, laminated and hole punched with a lanyard or string attached. The kids can wear them to the party! Decorations: Create a scene right out of a High School Dance. Use plenty of red & white balloons and streamers. The movie released on the Disney Channel in January of 2006 became a highly successful movie franchise resulting in various products from the company including a DVD set, a touring concert and other. High School Musical - The Movie Plot

Troy Bolton and Gabriela Montez were forced to sing a duet at a New Year’s party in a ski resort and instantly clicked. They exchanged numbers thinking they were not going to see each other again after the winter break.

As soon as Troy goes back to school he resumes his jock days as the team captain of the East High basketball team Wildcats. Gabriela on the other hand, finds herself the new girl at East High when her mom gets transferred to a new job at Albuquerque, New Mexico. In school, Gabriela and Troy once again cross paths. The lead stars characters in the movie High School Musical is Troy Bolton, East High’s star athlete and Gabriela Montez, the Math Whiz who just transferred to East High. At first look, the characters can not be any more different from each other. Bolton, played by teen heartthrob Zac Efron is the basketball team’s captain and is one of the most popular personalities in school. He is well loved and is expected to lead his team- the East High Wildcats to victory in the basketball championships.
